How do I cancel my contract?
You can cancel your contract with Mojo by:
- Sending us an email with your account details and request to cancel to hello@mojopower.com.au;
- Calling us with your details and request to cancel on 1300 019 649; or
- Completing the Cancellation_Form below and sending it back to us to hello@mojopower.com.au
You have a right to cancel your contract within your Cooling Off period for any reason. Your Cooling Off period is from and including the day after you signed or received your contract documents from us.
You also have the right to cancel your contract after your Cooling Off period ends by notifying as above. Your contract will end after 20 Business Days from the day we receive your cancellation request.
