How do I reset my MyMojo password?

Did you just have a mind blank and forgot your password?

Or maybe you are just having issues logging into MyMojo.

Please don’t worry about it. Follow the instructions below and we’ll have you up and running in no time:

When Clicking on the MyMojo link it will ask you to enter your email address you have registered with Mojo, and your password.

Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ button which is underneath the yellow Login button.

Follow on with MyMojo screen.

Did you just had a mind black and forgot your password? (Maybe??)

If you are experiencing issues logging in your MyMojo because you have forgotten your password, please do not worry and follow the instructions below:

When Clicking on the MyMojo link it will ask you to enter your email address you have registered with Mojo, and your password.

Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ button which is underneath the yellow Login button.

A request to enter your email address will appear.

Once you have entered your registered email address, instructions will be sent to your email and a confirmation of web page will show below:

But it says “We can’t find a user with that e-mail address”

This is possible for 2 reasons. You are entering an email address that is different to one you have registered with Mojo, or if you don’t have an email address registered we will need to setup one for you to access your MyMojo account.
