Do I have to read the smart meter myself?
No you don’t – leave that to us. By upgrading your existing meter with our Smart Meter, this will allow us to remotely read your actual energy usage and not give you inaccurate estimates. Mojo will share this data with you through your MyMojo account. From here, you’ll be able to log-in, see your live usage and manage your monthly spend better than you ever could before. A smart meter upgrade is only available to Mojo customers.
If you don’t have a smart meter then your existing meter will be manually read quarterly by the distributor exactly as it is done now. In the two months between readings you will receive estimated bills. To find out more actual and estimated bills, click here.
