Switch another service address to Mojo
Need to add another property to your main Mojo account? Simple! Here’s how you do it.
Log into your MyMojo account – (https://portal.mojopower.com.au/auth/login). You’ll be presented with your personal dashboard, where you can view your current spend and usage for the month so far.
Click Account Settings and the first page you’ll come to is the Account Details page. Here you’ll find your basic account details, such as your account number and how long you’ve been with us.
To change your service address to another service address, scroll down and click the button labelled Switch Another Service Address to Mojo.
You will be taken to the following page.
Search for the address of the property you’d like to switch to. Address must be selected from the list and not typed in manually.
If you are moving house, indicate your move-in date
Click Check Availability to proceed.
After we confirm that the address is eligible to be serviced by Mojo, we’ll display the applicable rates for that address.
Select a a new plan.
Select whether you’d like to pay monthly or annually (we recommend annually, you’ll get a 4 month saving this way)
Enter your payment details, read the T&Cs, tick the boxes and click Make The Switch and you’re all done!
