What happens to my smart meter if I move?
When you move, the smart meter will remain where it is. You will need to give Mojo at least 3 business days’ notice before moving out so we can arrange a final meter read at your existing home.
Assuming that you loved our service, you can transfer your existing Plus+ Mojo account to your new address as long as it is in an area we service. You will then receive a smart meter upgrade at your new home, so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your Mojo EnergyPass®.
