What happens to my smart meter if I move?
When you move, the smart meter will remain where it is. You will need to give Mojo at least 3 business days’ notice before moving out so we can arrange a final meter read at your existing home.
Assuming that you loved our service, you can transfer your existing Mojo account to your new address as long as it is in an area we service. You will then receive a smart meter upgrade at your new home, so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your Mojo account.
