Why do I have estimated reads?

If you do not have a smart meter installed, you will receive estimated bills until your Network provider manually reads your meter.  That’s why we try really hard to get you a smart meter.   These meters not only ensure accurate monthly bills, they allow you to gain access to a range of extra benefits through our Market leading App.  Please contact our friendly staff to explore options around upgrading your meter.
