By using Mojo Power’s social media channels, you accept abiding by Mojo Power’s House Rules and the Mojo Power’s Website Terms of Use. They have been developed to ensure our website and social media channels are used for the correct purpose and the channels remain a positive experience for all users.

Please also note that Mojo Power employees moderate this page. We will make every effort to address your questions and concerns and respond in a timely manner, however we may not reply to every comment.



The purpose of Mojo Power’s social media community is to create a safe place for two-way conversations between our members and employers. Sharing questions and feedback is encouraged. Information, including products and services referred to on this page are only available for use in Australia

House Rules

This page serves to provide customer support and create a trusted source where you can learn more about energy, hear about our latest offer and received important service updates.

We ask that you are mindful of others and do not:

  • Post material that is:
    • Offensive, obscene, profane, defamatory, threatening, inciting, illegal, untrue, harassing, bullying, discriminatory, hateful, racist, sectarian, ageist or sexist
    • Misleading or impersonates other individuals or online personas
    • Advertising, self-promotion, commercial or repetitive messaging
    • Spam, link baiting, unrelated/irrelevant content, flaming or trolling
    • Malware or scam content
  • Send junk or obscene, indecent, offensive or threatening electronic messages or mail or “spam” to people who would not wish to receive messages or mail from you
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the Site or computer systems or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site; or,
  • Attempt to access or collect personal data about other users, including email addresses


Please do not include any personal or sensitive information (such as your account number, birthday, home address, phone number, driver’s license or tax file number). You will never receive a request from us for such information, except in a private message requesting you to enter a dialogue with our Customer Success Team. If you do receive an unsolicited request for personal or sensitive information, please do not respond. Help us to maintain your security by forwarding any such request to where it will be reviewed by our Legal & Compliance team.

We will remove any posts which discusses methods of suicide or self-harm. In certain circumstances, if a post raises concerns about your safety, we may try to contact you to check that you and/or others are safe. If there are significant concerns, we may need to pass your contact information to authorities who can help protect you and/or others, such as a crisis service or the police.

The platform may contain links to third party websites. Mojo are not responsible for the content of those sites or any risk associated with third party websites.

The platform may contain advertisements for third parties’ products and/or services. Mojo are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or any risk associated with the acquiring products and services advertised by a third party on the Site.

While we are excited to hear from everyone, it is important to note that posts from participants on Mojo’s social media assets do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Mojo, nor does Mojo confirm their validity or accuracy.

We reserve the right to remove posts that violate these house rules, and you may be blocked from our social communities at our discretion, we also reserve the right to delete any content at our discretion.

Record Keeping and Privacy

For recordkeeping purposes, Mojo records all information posted to the Mojo social media channels, which includes your public social networking account name. Mojo uses that information for the purpose of administering the channels and considering and/or addressing any comments made
