Terms & Conditions to receive $100 in energy credits

  1. When you consent to become a Mojo Power customer, $50 will be applied to your first Mojo Power invoice.
  2. If you provide your email address and agree to stop receiving paper bills and opt-in for e-billing, an additional $50 will be credited to your account and will automatically be applied to your second Mojo Power invoice.
  3. No credits will be provided against your final bill with Mojo Power.
  4. All offers are valid until 5 July 2019 and then consent between 17 October to 28 October 2019.
  5. All customers with a smart meter will be billed monthly.


Even if we have your email address, you need to opt into e-billing. A $50 credit will be applied to your account and is redeemable on your second Mojo Power invoice.

If you do not have an email address, please call us on 1300 019 649 and one of our friendly staff members will be able to help you out.

We understand you may not feel comfortable passing on these details at this early stage. We’ve just met after all.  

Please select “I’ll decide later” and you can give us a call or arrange your payment preference another day.

The most important thing is that we transition you over to Mojo Power. We will then send you a Welcome pack with more information.

You will see a yellow SUBMIT button and you select it.

This means you have Consented to become a Mojo Power customer and made a choice of

  • Providing your email address
  • How you receive your bill (post or electronic)
  • Your payment preference

Many of our customers prefer to receive a scheduled monthly payment based on their past usage. Then there is a quarterly ‘wash up’ of the actuals when your basic meter is read by the network.

If you’d like us to arrange a scheduled monthly bill please call us on 1300 019 649 or email and we can work out an amount for you based on your history with Sanctuary Energy.

Yes you do. Your email address is used to log into the MyMojo customer portal.
The portal is a convenient tool that lets you change any of your account details and view bills. If you have a smart meter you will be able to view your electricity usage through the portal in real time or within the hour (depending on your signal).
Rest assured, that we will not send you any ebills if that is not the method you wish to receive your bills.
